What is Sulfarlem® (anethole trithione) used for?
Sulfarlem® is commonly used for the treatment of hyperptyalism such as medical, post-radiotherapy, hyperptyalism senescence. It is also used to treat lacrimation deficiencies.
How should I take Sulfarlem® (anethole trithione)?
To use tablet, you should:

What should I know before using Sulfarlem® (anethole trithione)?

- The darker colored urine is normal during treatment.
- This medicine contains azo colorants and may cause allergic reactions.
- This drug can be administered in case of celiac disease. Wheat starch may contain gluten, but only in trace amounts and is therefore considered safe for individuals with celiac disease.
- This medicine contains lactose. Its use is not recommended in patients with galactose intolerance, Lapp lactase deficiency or lap of malabsorption of glucose or galactose (rare hereditary disease).
- This medicine contains sucrose. Its use is not recommended in patients with fructose intolerance, malabsorption of glucose and galactose or sucrase / isomaltase.
Is it safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding?

What is the dose of Sulfarlem® (anethole trithione) for an adult?
The recommended dose is 1 tablet 3 times daily with meals.
