Fish is one of the main foods in everyday meals. Fish can be processed into delicious dishes, and fish contains many nutrients bring many benefits for human health. Almost everyone knows that eating fish will bring many health benefits. However, very few people know why eating fish is good for health, fish have certain kinds of nutrients. Fish is a food that contains a lot of essential nutrients for the body. It is possible to spot a lot of nutrients in fish such as protein, amino acids, omega-3s, methionine, tyrosine, lysine, tryptophan, etc. Protein content in fish is easier to digest and steamed than that in meat.

Fish contains some types of fatty substances like lipid which are mainly unsaturated fatty acids. That is good for the body and avoid fats in the blood, which leads to obesity.

Some fish contain a lot of vitamins, such as vitamin A, vitamin B1, vitamin B12, vitamin D. Fish also contains a lot of minerals, especially calcium. Fish’s calcium content index is much higher than meat.

One of the particularly good substances for the body is DHA in fish. DHA plays a very important role in the development of the nervous system and the brain cells.

Phosphatide in fish actively participates in the metabolism of cholesterol, prevents the accumulation of cholesterol in the blood, helps remove the bad cholesterol from the body, prevents obesity, protects the cardiovascular system. It also prevents many kinds of cancer.

In short, fish is very important.

Salmon

Salmon is rich in unsaturated fatty acids which can promote fetal and infant development. It is also rich in vitamins A, B, D, E, and calcium, iron, zinc, magnesium, phosphorus and other minerals. Salmon meat is soft and smooth, so the children can like it. It is also good for your kid’s intelligence.

Tuna

The condition called macular degeneration limits the vision of the eye. It also slowly brings blindness. The all-mighty omega-3 acids in tuna is a great substance to prevent this condition.
