Running alone without any distraction is a good way to start your day, especially if you are suffering stress from your work and life. Running helps to relieve the mind, keeping it positive and stress-free for the whole day. That is why morning run can help you to have a clear mind and new energy for a whole new day. Morning runners are reported to be more optimistic and goal-orientated.

Needless to say, the air in the morning will be so much fresher, without all the noise and smoke from vehicles. While you are running, your body requires a higher level of oxygen. Breathing in a full chest of fresh air is a big favor for your body and your mind as well. If you run on a road, it would be safer to start early, when you do not have to worry about being hit by a car.

Running in the early morning is more enjoyable.

Running in the morning means you will less likely be interrupted by a phone call or a meeting. Nobody is going to annoy you this early. Therefore, you will have the time you need to complete your workout routine and not afraid something important will show up. A morning run also sounds a lot more enjoyable, especially when compared to a run after work, when you are already exhausted.

It may be difficult to get up early. No number of alarms seems to be enough at first. However, as you get used to it, you will find yourself much more energized and focused during the day. Think of the morning run as a kind of self-discipline exercise. Your willpower needs some exercises, too. You can make it easier by going to bed a bit early, prepare the clothes in advance. If you have an event planner, add running to it so that you will have to look at your workout routine every day, which will probably boost your commitment.
