    Clothing

    Just like you cannot run in normal shoes, you cannot run in normal clothes, either. You need a comfortable shirt made of moisture wicking material and shorts or tights. If you are a woman, you definitely need a sports bra to support your breasts. Be prepare for sweat. Your body will heat up a lot once you start running. There are many running apps you can use track your progress and count your calories.

    If you have just started running, you can use whatever you have that is comfortable enough. When you are more into running, consider buying more gears. Good running gears will significantly enhance your performance.
