Blackhead acnes is a skin problem not only for teenagers but also for adults. Blackheads removals left holes on our skin and make us become less confident. However, there are varieties of ways to help us reduce as well as prevent blackhead acnes.

What are blackheads?

Blackheads is a kind of acne that usually appear on face areas such as noses, forehead, and cheeks. It is a plug of sebum in a hair follicle, darkened by oxidation.

Ways to get rid of blackhead acnes

Define your skin types

It’s necessary to know if you have oily, normal, dry or combination skin to choose the right skincare products. Some people have sensitive skin type so they need to go with products designed for sensitive skin. Using Inappropriate skincare products could lead to pore logging which causes blackhead.

Steaming

Before pulling your blackhead acnes out, pores needed to be loosen. Therefore, Steaming is a genius step to do before removing blackhead. Boil water with some piece of lemons and ginger then pour them in a big bow. Steam your face from ten to fifteen minutes with a tower cover your head up to prevent the steam escape. Yet, getting face too close to the water surface could cause burn.

Do Not Squeezing

For some reasons, people usually squeeze or pop blackheads to take them out. This is a truly bad way to treat your skin as squeezing will lead to skin inflammation and infection. Also, this method will not prevent blackhead acnes coming back

Visit doctor if your blackhead symptoms get worse

In some cases, people should come to have their skin checked by doctor. Outside factors such as air pollution or dead skin cells are not the only reason creates blackhead but also inside factors such as hormones. Doctor could use medical tools to figure out the seriousness level of your blackhead acnes and suggest an appropriated solution for your skin.

Keep your skin clear

People usually say that It’s always better to prevent blackhead acnes than cure them. There are many ways to keep your skin clear to avoid the appearance of blackhead acnes. Wash your face when you wake up and before you go to bed to remove oil buildup that can cause blackheads. If you put on your makeup everyday, then you should use makeup removal products to properly keep your skin clear.

Physical appearance is a significant factors in life success, therefore, remember to keep your skin away from blackheads and pimples so you could confidently achieve everything in your life.
