Here are 5 beauty habits and tips on how to repair your skin on a daily basis before going to bed.
1. Get rid of your makeup
When you are sleeping at night, your skin repair itself and the skin pores will open up as part of the process. But if the layer of your makeup such as mascara, foundation, highlighter and eyeshadow shrouded the skin, it will clog the pores and the natural process of repairing will be disturbed. Pin up your hair not only give benefits to the skin surface but also helps your hair from knots and tangles at the time when you wake up.
