    Overtraining

    An error that beginners in practicing yoga regularly makes is overtraining. You should pay attention to your body and limit your practice when you feel overwhelmed. Listening to your body is most important yoga lessons. Do not push your body too much during training to achieve the desired results because that can lead to injuries.     Skip recovery and relax

    You should breathe in through your nose and exhale through the mouth. Trying to breathe naturally rather than being breathless or trying too hard to hold your breath. Just relax and breathe slowly.

    Trying hard posture without training

    You need to practice yoga regularly and gradually to achieve a technical understanding as well as the flexibility and balance to hold a more advanced pose. Do not be impatient to perform difficult positions too early, since it will cause injury.

    Get distracted during practice

    Please ensure that your body and your mind stay focused entirely on practicing yoga. Yoga involves many balance poses, if you lose focus, it is likely that you will slip and fall.
