Wrinkles on your face can be a warning sign that your skin is malfunctioning, possibly with a risk of aging. Exercise for the forehead

Another exercise is to sit in the same position and tilt your head back to look up, ceiling. In the same place, move your lower lip over your lips as far back as you can. Hold this position for 5 seconds and then relax. This exercise will help strengthen the neck and chin muscles, relax and elastic. Repeat this exercise about 10 times.
