What is Madiplot® (manidipine) used for?

Madiplot® is commonly used for mild, moderate to severe hypertension or hypertension with renal impairment.

How should I take Madiplot® (manidipine)?

Take medication by mouth and exactly as directed. Do not take more or less of it or take it more often than directed on the package label or recommended by your doctor.

This drug should be taken after breakfast. Swallow it whole. Do not chew or crush.

What is the dose of Madiplot® (manidipine) for an adult?

10-20 mg once daily is orally administered after breakfast, starting with the initial dose of 5 mg. The dosage can be increased gradually if necessary.

10 mg: 1-2 tablets orally once daily after breakfast.

20 mg: ½-1 tablet orally, once daily after breakfast.
