Sex Mistakes Women Make

Men tend to take the blame when sex goes wrong. However, women have their fair share of bedroom mistakes. Here are the most common ones and how to deal with them:

Do not take initiative

Women are often afraid of being seen as aggressive in a relationship. With that fear, most women avoid being the initiator. The idea about sex roles is already outdated. Holding onto it only prevents you from achieving satisfaction. Women were once believed to be less interested in sex. In fact, they like sex just as much as men do. Your partner will be grateful if you take the first step once in a while.

Worry about appearance

Fixating on your body fat and greasy makeup ruins your satisfaction. Try to live in the moment and enjoy what you are feeling. Experts reveal that men don’t really care about the physical flaws women obsess about. When you are truly enthusiastic in your man, other things start to fade away. As an evolutionary mechanism, men are wired to be attracted to women with signs of health, youth, and fertility.

Assume that men don’t value sex

Contrary to popular belief, sex is not just sex to men. In fact, many men consider sex as a very important thing. Research shows that both men and women experience greater pleasure from sex in a committed relationship. So, maybe it’s already time to let go of the old-fashioned notion that sex is casual for a man.

Believe that men always want sex

Most teen boys are ready for sex any time you ask, but that does not apply to mature men. Life hardships can take a toll on a man’s sex drive. Therefore, the next time your man seems less interested in you, don’t take it personally. Pressure from work and bills is likely to be at fault. Think about the last time you refused to make love to your man. You may not want sex, but you still love him. So does he.

Avoid talking directly about sex

It’s important to have honest and direct conversations about sex, even if you two have been together for decades. The only way to achieve sexual satisfaction is to communicate with him about what makes you feel good and what doesn’t. Your man was not born with the knowledge on how to please you. But fortunately, he does want to do so. You just need to give him guidance. Be careful to do it in a way that does not kill his confidence. Mention several things he does that you like, then one thing you don’t. Men do listen, but you have to be clear.
