Two strengths, same on-demand routine. Your doctor will confirm what's right.
Your doctor will confirm the right strength during your consultation.
Viagra is the original brand of sildenafil, a PDE5-inhibitor prescription pill used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) in adult men. In Malaysia, Viagra is marketed by Pfizer, registered with the National Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agency (NPRA), and both Viagra 50mg and Viagra 100mg pills are dispensed through licensed Malaysian pharmacies.
Sildenafil helps relax smooth muscle and improves blood flow to the penis when there is sexual stimulation, allowing an erection firm enough for intercourse. It doesn't cause erections on its own and it isn't an aphrodisiac.
At Hello Doktor, Viagra Malaysia comes in two pill strengths, both taken on demand:
An MMC-registered doctor will decide the right strength after your RM1 consultation.

Follow your doctor's instructions.
Most side effects are mild and short-lived. Speak to a doctor if they persist or bother you.
Headache, facial flushing, blocked or runny nose, indigestion (dyspepsia), dizziness, blurred vision, a bluish tint or increased brightness in your vision.
Palpitations, low blood pressure, muscle aches, skin rash, watery eyes, changes in colour perception.
DO NOT take sildenafil if you:
For kidney impairment, older age, or use of alpha-blockers/antihypertensives, your doctor may start at 25mg or 50mg instead of 100mg.
Tell your doctor about every medicine, supplement, and herbal product you take.
CHECK WITH A PROFESSIONAL FIRST
This list isn't exhaustive. Before taking sildenafil, talk to an MMC-registered doctor or a licensed pharmacist about every prescription medicine, over-the-counter product, supplement, vitamin, traditional Malay/Chinese/Indian medicine, and herbal product you use. That includes any "male enhancement" pill bought online or at a shop. Products not registered with NPRA can contain hidden active ingredients that are dangerous in combination.

At Hello Doktor, the Viagra 50mg pill (4 tablets) is RM169 and the Viagra 100mg pill (4 tablets) is RM179. An MMC-registered doctor consultation is RM1, and the RM1 is credited toward your Viagra purchase if prescribed. Viagra price in Malaysia may vary at other licensed pharmacies.
Yes. Sildenafil is the active ingredient; Viagra is the original brand made by Pfizer. In Malaysia, both Viagra 50mg and Viagra 100mg contain sildenafil citrate and are NPRA-registered prescription pills.
Yes. Viagra (sildenafil) is a prescription medicine, so a RM1 online consultation with a doctor is the first step.
The effect usually lasts 4 to 6 hours from the time it kicks in. It doesn't keep you erect the whole time, you still need sexual stimulation.
Usually within 30 to 60 minutes. Take it about an hour before you plan to have sex for the best result.
You can, but a heavy or fatty meal (like nasi lemak with lots of oil, or a large steak) will slow it down. For a faster onset, take it on an empty stomach or after a light meal.
Don't double the tablet. Speak to your doctor. They may switch you to 100mg, adjust how you take it (timing, food, alcohol), or check for other causes.
Viagra (sildenafil) works within about an hour and lasts 4 to 6 hours, best on an empty stomach. Cialis (tadalafil) can last up to 36 hours and isn't affected by food. Your doctor helps you pick which fits your lifestyle.
A drink or two is usually fine. Heavy drinking makes side effects worse (dizziness, low blood pressure) and can weaken the effect of the tablet.
Viagra is intended for on-demand use, not daily. The maximum is one tablet in 24 hours. If you want a daily option, ask your doctor about tadalafil 5mg.
Yes. Unbranded packaging with no product or clinic name, addressed only to you.
There's no evidence that sildenafil affects sperm quality at therapeutic doses.
A mild bluish tint or extra brightness in your vision is a known, temporary side effect of sildenafil and usually settles within a few hours. If vision changes are severe or don't go away, stop and see a doctor.
Stop what you're doing immediately and get emergency medical help. DO NOT take nitrate medicines (like GTN) even if you normally use them, because combining them with sildenafil can cause a sudden, dangerous drop in blood pressure. Call 999 or go to the nearest hospital emergency department, and tell the staff you've taken sildenafil.
This is called priapism and it's a medical emergency. Go to the nearest hospital emergency department right away. An untreated erection lasting more than 4 hours can cause permanent tissue damage and long-term erectile dysfunction. Don't wait to see if it goes away on its own.
Stop taking sildenafil immediately and get medical help right away. Sudden loss of vision in one eye (NAION) or sudden hearing loss are rare but serious side effects. Go to the emergency department or call 999.
NO. Avoid all nitrate medicines (nitroglycerin, isosorbide, GTN spray) and "poppers" for at least 24 hours after your last dose of sildenafil. The combination can cause a life-threatening drop in blood pressure. Tell any doctor or paramedic treating you that you've taken sildenafil.
See a doctor if: the treatment isn't working after a few tries, side effects are affecting daily life, you start a new medicine, or your health changes (heart, blood pressure, diabetes). You can book a follow-up consultation with a Hello Doktor doctor whenever you need.
