What is Decolgen Forte® Liquid used for?
Decolgen Forte® Liquid is commonly used for relieving clogged nose, runny nose, postnasal drip, itchy and watery eyes, sneezing, headache, body aches, and fever associated with the common cold, allergic rhinitis, sinusitis, flu, and other minor respiratory tract infections. It also helps decongest sinus openings and passages.
Decolgen Forte® Liquid may be prescribed for other uses; ask your doctor or pharmacist for more information.
How should I take Decolgen Forte® Liquid?
Follow all directions on your prescription label.
Do not take this medicine in larger or smaller amounts or for longer than recommended.
To use Take Decolgen Forte® Liquid: carefully measure the dose using a special measuring device/spoon. Do not use a household spoon because you may not get the correct dose.

How do I store Decolgen Forte® Liquid?

What is the dose of Decolgen Forte® Liquid for an adult?
The recommended dose is 2 teaspoons, 3-4 times a day.
Your doctor may have prescribed a different dose.
What is the dose of Decolgen Forte® Liquid for a child?
From 7-12 years old: The recommended dose is 1 teaspoon, 3-4 times a day.
From 2-6 years old: The recommended dose is 1-2 teaspoons, 3-4 times a day.
Breast-Feeding baby: The recommended dose is ½-1 teaspoon, 3-4 times a day.
How is Decolgen Forte® Liquid available?
Decolgen Forte® Liquid is available in the following dosage forms and strengths:
- Decolgen Forte® Liquid Oral Solution 60 ml
- Decolgen Forte® Liquid Oral Solution 120 ml
What should I do in case of an emergency or overdose?
In case of an emergency or an overdose, call your local emergency services or go to your nearest emergency room.
What should I do if I miss a dose?
If you miss a dose of Decolgen Forte® Liquid, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and take your regular dose as scheduled. Do not take a double dose.
