The study from Kaiser Permanente Medical Care Program of Northern California in Oakland shows that people who drank more than one-half cup of green tea day by day got their ability of pregnancy two times than others did not. This is because a chemical in tea can increase fertility in women.

On the other hand, other studies proved that a caffeine in tea could affect your conceiving. People who drink more than 300 milligrams of caffeine during their pregnancy likely give birth that their babies are small for their gestational age. It seems like science doesn’t help here.

According to the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and experts, the recommended intake of caffeine should be less than 200mg per day.
