Yoga is a whole body work out. It has the ability to heal the human body from inside to outside. However, yoga, as well as other physical activities, can cause sore muscle. Help her breathe right

Hold for 3 seconds, and then make a long, steady exhale. Focus on the exhale for 10-20 breaths and feel the tension and tightness dissipate from your muscles.

Recommend your wife choosing a healthy, balanced diet accompany with appropriate supplements such as fish oil, vitamin C, magnesium. They can enhance the effect of yoga practice, decrease inflammation, maximize post-workout muscle repair and rebuilding and prevent muscle soreness.

Make sure she drinks enough water

Keep her staying hydrated to prevent muscle soreness. Water helps with nerve conduction and muscle contraction, helping your muscles get the electrolytes they need to function properly. Remind her to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. If your wife does not drink enough water, her body will be unable to function at its highest level and this may cause a lot of serious problems.
