How to prevent?

Actually, to prevent eye strain is simple. It can be prevented by releasing bad habits such as sitting near the TV, spending a long time on computer’s screen, contacting with the phone or other digital devices, etc.

You should organize time reasonably between working and relaxing. Supplement essential nutrients for the eyes. The important thing is to sleep enough. An adult should sleep enough 6-7 hours a day and sleep before 11 pm to protect not only your eyes but also your liver.
