It is no wonder that ginger ranks first in the list of foods that help calm nausea. Ginger can help to neutralize stomach acid by enhancing the secretion of various digestive juices or enzymes. Phenols in ginger can be considered as a sedative on irritated stomach tissue. These phenols promote the digestion of food to the stomach and release toxins in the body more quickly that make you feel better. You can use it in any forms, such as capsule, root raw, or as a spice in food processing. You can also enjoy a cup of ginger tea or eat candied ginger to soothe nausea in the stomach.

Acupressure

Acupressure is a traditional medical method that impacts on a few points of the body. This method brings effects for most of the symptoms, and nausea is not an exceptional.   • It is great to find a place to lie down a bed in a dark, quiet, room. Keep your head lying mostly flat without any pillows. Breathe normally.
  • Sit down with your back up against a wall, put your knees up, put your head between your knee and breathe.

Nausea is not considered a serious problem because you can address it by drugs or natural remedies. However, if your nausea prolongs, you should come to see a doctor for finding causes and getting help in time.
