What is Pyrantel used for?

Shake the medication well before using. Take this medication by mouth with or without food or as directed by your doctor.

What should I do if I miss a dose?

If you miss a dose of Pyrantel, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and take your regular dose as scheduled. Do not take a double dose.
