Nytol® is commonly used for treating sleep problems.
Use Nytol® as ordered by your doctor. Read all information given to you. Follow all instructions closely. Take with or without food. Take with food if it causes an upset stomach. Take this medicine at bedtime.
Nytol® is best stored at room temperature away from direct light and moisture. To prevent drug damage, you should not store Nytol® in the bathroom or the freezer. There may be different brands of Nytol® that may have different storage needs. It is important to always check the product package for instructions on storage, or ask your pharmacist. For safety, you should keep all medicines away from children and pets.

Tell your doctor if you are breast-feeding. You will need to talk about any risks to your baby.
Do not give to a child younger than 12 years of age.
