What is geldene (piroxicam) used for?

Geldene is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), which is commonly used for treating pain and swelling due to strains, sprains, backache or arthritis.

How should I take geldene (piroxicam)?

Apply a thin layer of the gel and gently massage it into the affected area. Wash your hands well afterward.
