What is Cepacol® sore throat (benzocaine/menthol) used for?

Cepacol® sore throat is used for treating occasional minor irritation, pain, sore mouth, or sore throat. It may also be used to relieve pain from canker sores.

How should I take Cepacol® sore throat (benzocaine/menthol)?

Use Cepacol® sore throat as directed by your doctor. Check the label on the medicine for exact dosing instructions.

Dissolve 1 lozenge slowly in your mouth as directed by your doctor or the package label.
