What is Duspatalin® (Mebeverine Hydrochloride) used for?

Duspatalin® is commonly used for the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome, regional enteritis, disease of the gallbladder, disease of gall ducts, gastric and duodenal ulcers, dysentery and other conditions.

How should I take Duspatalin® (Mebeverine Hydrochloride)?

  • Try to take the tablet 20 minutes before a meal. Some people find their symptoms to be strongest after they have eaten.
  • Swallow the tablet whole with water. Do not chew the tablet.

How do I store Duspatalin® (Mebeverine Hydrochloride)?

Duspatalin® is best stored at room temperature away from direct light and moisture. To prevent drug damage, you should not store Duspatalin® in the bathroom or the freezer.
